As we negotiated a price and were viewing the payments for the different financing options she was quick, easy to talk to, and comfortable sending the information via email or text. Juan Naranjo: I needed to purchase insurance and sat with Juan to explore the different coverages. He listened carefully to my questions, explained the options clearly, shared his experience with his personal auto policy (and those of his customers), and was able to incorporate my preferences. Jonathan “Bruno” Duarte: While finalizing the financing details Bruno was patient with my nervous questions and humane with his upbeat responses. He presented excellent options for the extended warranties and gave me very attractive options. Alexia Guzman-Lopez: Vehicle Delivery is a brilliant part of the team. If Apple wants to improve Siri they should model Alexia’s cheery instructions and confident demeanor. I really liked how she’d pause, ask if I got it, pause again to let me reflect, then say “Perfect” before we moved on. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She has a very difficult job of getting a nervous, excited, brain-dead customer and having to remove any intimidation of the bevy of features. Tyler Larsen: There was difficulty programming my garage door to the Home Link. Alexia was outstanding with her follow up support, but we still couldn’t make it work. Tyler called me back and walked me through the process, over the phone. Everything works like a charm now. Its a real skill to explain a process over the phone to a frustrated customer. Tyler remained calm and positive, a master of his game. More

Excellent, once I got past the first service advisor. I had my 2017 Highlander SE in for 12 month service. Making the appointment was seamless, as the Customer Service Scheduler was professional, courteou I had my 2017 Highlander SE in for 12 month service. Making the appointment was seamless, as the Customer Service Scheduler was professional, courteous, and wanted to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I asked the alignment be checked and to have it be included on the work order, At the time of the appointment. the vehicle was less than 12 months old. Upon arrival the following week, I was greeted by Ashley Delerocq, who, in my opinion, could benefit from listening to the customer and not telling the them what cannot be done. I asked to have to have Entune upgraded to the latest software, as it was available on Toyota's website. Otherwise I was going to download it to a USB drive and perform the upgrade myself. She promptly told me it couldn't be done unless the system was not working properly. The fact is, Entune leaves a lot to be desired and perhaps the upgrade my help. I also expressed my concerns about the vehicle being out of alignment, as the steering wheel being off center, and she was quick to tell me it wasn't going to be covered under warranty, even though the appointment was made prior to the 12 month period. The vehicle only has 6K miles. She finished processing the work order. That interaction led me to Drive Manager Chris Pitaro, at which time I expressed my disappointment with Ashely's lackluster "customer" service. He listened intently, assuring me that he would oversee the service work, including the Entune upgrade if available and alignment concerns. Chris contacted me the next day, informing me the Entune system was upgraded and the alignment was indeed off, and was taken care of. I especially want to thank Chris for his professional and courteous customer service. He definitely restored my faith in the dealership. He was instrumental in us returning to Dolan Toyota. This is our 3rd buy from Dolan in 3 years. We have always dreaded dealing with auto sales people but Dolan is different and their primary focus is on the buyer not the sale. In doing so you make the sale with both sides happy. We would highly recommend dealing with the Dolan family in any auto you are looking for. Be up front as to what you can afford and what you'd like and they will make it happen.
