He was extremely cordial over the phone and after listening to my concerns invited me to bring my truck back in and let one of their techs take a look at it. The tech ended up applying the TSB and updating the software in the ecm of my 2017 Tacoma. I would like to thank Lucas for his personal involvement in solving this issue.
