new service management has driven me away from Dolan this is to let you and Mr. Dolan know that I no longer will be using Dolan for "service" or to purchase a new Toyota. I have bought two cars there this is to let you and Mr. Dolan know that I no longer will be using Dolan for "service" or to purchase a new Toyota. I have bought two cars there and have had them nicely serviced over the years... until LAST WEEK. First of all, I'm a senior having very recently had surgery. I made an APPOINTMENT for last week.....for a "SERVICE". like I always have. After waiting for 3 hours, and the "service" was incomplete.... (listed so I'd go back...ie changing bulb, air filter, cleaning battery cable etc.. they asked if I wanted a free car wash, I said yes....and guess what, after three hours out came my dirty Highlander.....Now that my local Truckee car service carries synthetic car oil....bye bye. More

Horrible misleading sales and finance what a huge inconvenie This dealership rushed me through a trade in , in less than 2 hours Sara from sales had me trade my belongings and take a picture with big red ribbon This dealership rushed me through a trade in , in less than 2 hours Sara from sales had me trade my belongings and take a picture with big red ribbon and said congratulations. Zach from finance told me his wife drove uber and my new rav4 will be perfect for this since i told them that was my main sorce of income and my business, I also told them that same day i was starting a new part time job at UPS. All the while they knew without telling me upfront that they plan on rescinding the contract if they can't find financing because banks don't like uber partners. So i drive away thinking they have just signed a contract. Not so. They rescinded and strung me along for another week. This last 3 1/2 weeks was a huge inconvenience and very stressful. I've had to change my insurance and both my Uber and Lyft accounts, which eats up several hours taking away from my work schedule. They should have said lets make sure you are qualified for a loan of this proportion before sending you home with a new car, so you don't have to go through all of the inconvenience of us rescinding the contract. One good thing I can say is they are giving me back my old car and deposit More

The best car buying experience we EVER had😊 Israel was a great salesman. He answered all our questions and showed us all the Toyota Rav4’s on the car lot.
