I have brought it in 3 times so far for every 5,000 mi maintenance checks, and because I signed up for the basic Toyota Care package, I haven’t had to pay a single penny for anything! They cover oil changes, topping off fluids, check tire pressure, and rotate your tires. They have a very nice lobby equipped with snacks to buy and complimentary coffee, making it easy to enjoy yourself while you wait for your car. They have been much faster than anticipated every time I’ve been in, and on average have only had to wait an hour! And my personal favorite part - the complimentary car wash! My car comes out looking brand new every time. Would highly recommend. More
