As I was leaving the dealership I noticed I had a low tire warning light (tire pressure had been fine on arrival). I immediately turned around and shared my concern with the service representative. They took my vehicle and asked me to have a seat in the lobby. 30 minutes went by with seemingly no progress on my issue. I was then approached by the same individual and asked for my paperwork from the earlier service. They then disappeared for an additional 20 minutes. I finally left the dealership nearly an hour after arriving and was given a simple “sorry about that” with no explanation of the issue. The vehicle service had been completed hours before my arrival, and there was obviously no pre inspection before releasing the car back to me. I’m very disappointed with my most recent service experience. I am a regular customer and usually have no issues whatsoever. More

Will defintely recommend people because of his honesty and sincerity My family and I have stopped by several car dealerships trying to locate the right family car, from lexus to honda and ended up here at Dolan’s Toyota. As soon as I stepped out, I was quickly greeted by Israel, one of the staff there. He was very friendly and took me to look at several vehicles on the lot. We were looking for an 8 seater that still has a good sporty look to it. He first showed me all of the potential matches and explained key features of each vehicle, alongside showing examples of some features within the vehicle. We decided on a 2019 Toyota Highlander limited platinum. Israel went over the pricing, discounts, and out-the-door costs. The thing that made me appreciate his assistance most was that he asked what I am willing to spend on it and truly helped to get me a great vehicle for a great price. Of course everything comes down to sales and profits for the company, because they would not be able to exist if sales did not generate any revenue. We went in to talk to one of the sales manager, George. We were given a price for the out-the-door cost of the vehicle and it did not meet the price range we had in mind. So after we left our information and was about to take a look at other vehicles, Israel called me back and stated he negotiated and explained how interested I was to have a bigger car for my newborn. The final result was the price that we initially had in mind. George and Israel ended up granting the requested price for the vehicle and stated that they really want to show excellent customer satisfaction, within reason of course. Bottom line, I had a great experience car shopping at Dolan’s Toyota. We were aiming for a Lexus, but the larger models simply did not have enough leg space. This car is just as nice without the emblem and it was all possible with the help of Israel and George. . More

Great service I was greeted upon arriving at Dolan Toyota with personnel that led me to a desk where Britney help me with finding out about any recalls on my truck I was greeted upon arriving at Dolan Toyota with personnel that led me to a desk where Britney help me with finding out about any recalls on my truck. She didn’t find any but I did need service for the truck I needed a front set of shocks and a backside of struts. My tires were also out of round They filled my tires with air and that helped a little my truck does not shimmy back-and-forth so much. I need to get new tires to take care of that. I drop my truck off on Tuesday and got a ride home which took only about two minutes and I was on my way. The driver was very courteous, I was given a phone call on Wednesday stating that my car was ready again they came to pick me up to go back to Dolan to get my truck I had the same driver who was very courteous he let me know at all stages where he was and how long it would be for the ride. I don’t think you could possibly get better service than what I have received. It’s like a well oiled machine everybody has their job and they do it well it was an awesome experience for me. Pain-free hassle free and the staff was very professional and kind. I would recommend anybody to Dolan Toyota. If I am ever in the market for a new car you can bet that I will be going to Dolan Toyota. More
