Since I purchased my vehicle from Dolan and they had performed basic services well enough in the past, I dropped off my 2019 Highlander Limited that has an issue with the radar where it was intermittent performed basic services well enough in the past, I dropped off my 2019 Highlander Limited that has an issue with the radar where it was intermittently working. I believe that I was the reason it was out of alignment when I moved it while working on the grill. I could use it for cruise control about 50% of the time and it would intermittently show a vehicle in front of me only to disappear and re-appear, so I dropped it off with the Dolan service center for recalibration and they charged me a $165 diagnostic fee, which I would call expensive, but since there is no way for the average car owner to perform any diagnostics whatsoever, there wasn't much choice but to accept. I provided photos to the service rep of the error messages appearing on the dash display and left it with them for the day. When I received a call back at COB they said they weren't able to duplicate what I saw (despite the photos I provided) and were not able to get the radar to see anything through the Toyota logo badge on the grill, so they recommended first replacing the plastic Toyota badge which would cost over $400, then they would re-evaluate the radar's operation. I said to wait and I would just deal with the way it was performing until I could afford a $400 piece of plastic. When I picked up the vehicle the next morning it looked like it had been kept outside under a tree as it was covered in speckles of sap. The worst part was not the tree sap, but the cruise control function was completely inoperative and all the messages I provided photos of, but they claimed they couldn't duplicate, were now constantly appearing on the dash display on continuous repeat obscuring the normal information shown on the screen and impossible to clear. I do not believe spending $165 for a non-diagnosis and receiving my vehicle in a more crippled state than when I left it with the 'professionals' is worthy of repeat business, but is worthy of a cautionary tale for the next would-be customer for this dealership. More

Spacious, clean service bays and waiting area; friendly staff, pretty quick to start the appointment. Nice complimentary ride back to my house after dropping off my car. We purchased a car from the dealership in December. Jayden did a fantastic job on sales. I do not see his name in the sales department below. The Sales person noted above, took my call on his day off from home and tried to support the sale. He gets 5 stars for his support of the transaction. There was no way of getting to the others on the sales team at the dealership. I tried for hours. The financial person, Yasmine, did kindly pick up her phone in the late morning but indicated she was not working yet. She told me until EVERY penny was accounted for and all transactions were complete and on HER desk, there would be no key, no sale, or anything. She gave me a direct phone number and told me to contact her directly with any other questions. I tried to call later when I still needed support to finalize the transaction and get the funds to the dealership. She must have been busy, did not pick up. She told me no certified check or cashier's check was accepted. I was not trying to take something for less than the agreed price. It was not a very good conversation. I felt as though the dealership thought I was trying to steal their vehicle. I had to go through more paperwork than when I purchased my home. This was a cash sale. Thank you. More
I bought my car just before leaving VA from a dealership I loved. I bought the extended warranty and my car has about 13,528 miles on it. The first time I was in Dolan for service t was great. The car has had a few recall items that Donal has addressed. I had service maintenance done and the recall issues were addressed at the same time. But the last couple of times I have been in to talk to someone the team seems indifferent to say the least. The last visit made me rethink who I want working on my car. I have a small piece on the hood of my car that is missing. Service told me to go to parts, parts had to go talk to service to see if it was covered. Service says they will need it for the whole day to even tell me if it is covered? They sent me to talk to Andrew Lopez who said they need it the whole day because they may need information from the vehicle. So the way it was explained they need a whole day to determine the part number and if it is covered then they will need another whole day to put this small part on. I live in Cold Springs and they claim they can give me a ride home and pick me up but I am not sure I believe it. More

Found paint chips and dings that should have been fixed by the dealership after I signed paperwork that every thing looked good (That was my fault, but for a place that says they treat you like family? Really?). Stripped the car after I said I would go with them instead of enterprise. Floor mats, cargo cover, skid plate, running boards, and spare key were all removed for no reason and lost? Spare key, floor mats, and cargo cover were replaced, but almost drove off the lot without cargo cover. Car was detailed 3 times and is still has stains on the passenger seats and dog hair in the middle console. Finance manager called me cheap for not getting additional warranties. Lost my spot in the customer que and had to wait additional 3 hours. After 1st detail was unsatisfactory, sales rep said it would take 15 mins to fix. Waited another hour and just washed the car. I am not one to leave reviews, but I would not purchase from Dolan again. Spent so much money and just keep getting told we are really busy and doing our best. Doesn't really seem like you care about customers, more about moving overpriced vehicles. Try my hardest to keep a positive relationship with the dealership since I am stuck with them. More
