Great experience! I leased my Tacoma 3 years ago and they were amazing. I stated what i wanted the yearly mileage limit at, they bumped it up no problem and helped me I leased my Tacoma 3 years ago and they were amazing. I stated what i wanted the yearly mileage limit at, they bumped it up no problem and helped me get the payment i needed. Every time i brought it in for a service the entire department was great and very helpful. i always know my truck is in good hands. I went back recently to buy my Tacoma because my lease was ending.Brandon Jones walked me through the entire process, worked on the loan until i got the payment i needed and they got a 4.7 interest rate which is great right now! And very important to me as i am a college student. Jonathan Duarte did all the financing and was very helpful and friendly. I miss understood one of the packages i purchased with my lease and just for the misunderstanding they tinted my windows at no cost to me!! When i first came in to lease my truck i had been to GMC, jeep and Chevy. All of which didnt answer my questions, no return phone calls and when i went in to look at trucks, sales men had left me sitting there for 45 min so they could make another sale. Dolan Toyota had me in the truck i wanted for a great price and payment within 48 hours. I also worked with Jeremy Sinner a lot and he made sure i was taken care of and always got back to me! Needless to say i wouldn't go anywhere else! More

Dealership should have had parts in stock for recall item.. We will now need to return again outside of routine service schedule to have the recall repair made. Waste of our time. I would also rate the quality of our new 2018 Tacoma as below average. Constant shifting of auto transmission, grabbing brakes, cheap seats that rattle,poor room for feat on long distance drives, and only slightly better gas mileage than full size truck. What happened to the Toyota standard when it came to this truck? I should add that I have complained about these items each trip for service, but of course the dealership can't fix them because the failure is in the design. More
