Very hard to reach Toyota Financial as I was trying to finance my 2016 RAV with them at the end of my lease. Extremely hard to reach a person & then when we did with help from Toyota agent & requested docs for my bank, the financial office never sent all the docs even after several calls from me & my bank. Never sent all docs. My bank & I both made numerous calls & finally I decided it was too complicated to get things done with Toyota—that is unless I want a new car. I gave up. Financed with my bank & tossed the thought of a new 4-Runner. It was just a thought anyway. End of story. More

He gave us all the information and option choices so we could make the best informed decision. We were very satisfied with the pricing he offered us. Car buying should always be this way. The customer service he, the loan officer, and Dolan team members provided were professional and friendly. Kris made us feel a part of the Dolan family and he truly went above and beyond once again. He was there for us from the appointment time to delivery time. The loan officer also did an amazing job. What is unique about this experience is the courtesy call Kris does to check in on how everything is going with our new car. He did this on our prior purchase as well. Great customer service In the future we are looking to add a Dodge van, we will be going to Dolan and Kris Surabotsopon will be our salesperson. We are so happy we found Dolan, it’s team members, and Kris. Thank you More

Excellent service and experience Mike was my service agent and he did a great job. i was not happy with my tire performance and he worked with Michelin to get me a 50% credit for new Mike was my service agent and he did a great job. i was not happy with my tire performance and he worked with Michelin to get me a 50% credit for new tires which was the right thing to do. I did think the cost of the oil change was a little high but it has been awhile so I guess costs have gone up. I have had 7 Toyota’s I believe (currently an Avalon and Highlander). The cars perform well and your service group is great. More

Best service center in Reno. You are immediately greeted and taken care of. The intake person listened and took great notes and then handed me off to Duane. The one thing that could have made this go a little smoother is if they had a print out of my on line appointment. I have a 21 year old Toyota Sienna and it occurs, despite it’s age and condition, they take pride in servicing it. They don’t try to up sell services or sell you a new car. They went out of their way to ensure as many things as possible were fixed within my budget. Duane kept me up-to-date with the progress. The van was returned cleaner than when I left it. When I picked it up, although it was very busy, check out went fast without any issues. While I was waiting for valet, the intake person, sorry I can’t temper his name, heard me tell another customer, “I should ask them next time”, he went out of his way to inquire about what my question was. He answered my question and then asked if they were able to get everything fixed for me within my budget. He remembered me, my car, and my requests 5 days later, I know he checks in a lot of people, so to remember my details and inquire about the outcome meant a lot. Duane went out of his way to find a used window to help with the cost. I really appreciate the extra effort. Five of the eight issues were fixed within my budget. The work was done with meticulous detail and everything works great. I am excited to bring it back to have the other things repaired. When I decide to buy a new car, I will choose a Toyota from Dolan, due to my experiences with the service center. Keep up the great work! Michele Damon More
