Was told id have to wait for one to come back so i had to catch an uber to enterprise rentals and spend more just to get back home 45 miles away. The only reason for that drive was for the great customer service. Had i been told there was no loaner while my truck stayed over night, i would have made other arrangments to save myself a rental fee. More

I paid cash for a Tacoma. Turns out the truck was deemed a total loss by an insurance company. The truck doesn’t have a salvage title, but nonetheless it is still illegal to s Turns out the truck was deemed a total loss by an insurance company. The truck doesn’t have a salvage title, but nonetheless it is still illegal to sell a total loss vehicle without disclosing the trucks status. There was either misrepresentation or felony fraud at play. Dolan offered us a trade in deal , at the current value of the pickup. The truck was deemed a total loss, so its value is zero. Unless sold for parts. And if we trade it in without Dolan signing anything stating that they are aware of the trucks status, we have committed a crime. So no I won’t be trading it in. Dolan took 45k cash money from me and gave me a truck worth nothing. They refuse to fix this the right way. Nothing but shady shady people over at Dolan. Not reading reviews about this dealership, has lead to absolutely the biggest financial mistake of my entire life. Dolan should be shut down. More
