This was the second time I had a service appointment the they could not honor. This last time I had an appointment to get an oil change at 2:45. When I got there I was told it was going to take 3 hours ( wh they could not honor. This last time I had an appointment to get an oil change at 2:45. When I got there I was told it was going to take 3 hours ( which it did). First I was told that they took to many walk ins and for some reason those people got priority. After complaining I was told they were short staffed. Later after walking around back I spoke to a mechanic who told me there always short staffed and on this particular day seven people called in sick. Finally after speaking to the service rep for the 10th time he came clean and told me the same thing the mechanic did. It took almost 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change.. I am giving 2 stars only because the service rep was so apologetic, and said I could come in for free car washes. God only knows how long that would take. The least they could of done is called before I left work. More

Absolutely no pressure whatsoever during my time with him. After my mind was made up directed to Jairo Vega in finance. One heck of a great time dealing with him. ALL questions answered and I really feel he went out of if way to get my payment and vehicle protection where I wanted it. Casey thank you for your final initials to ok THIS deal. Let me also add that Philip went out of his way in helping me get my rental car turned in as well as final banking “on a Saturday “ so I could end my part of the deal. These details do not go unnoticed and I know this is way Dolan Toyota is a very successful dealership. When they say “ get in and join the family” it’s just not small talk.
