Recommended to me by a friend at the DMV who knew what I went through with another dealer. Drove in to ask a few questions, thought I’d need a Jeep. Tried a 4X4 and the drove it home. Took it to the hill an went through with another dealer. Drove in to ask a few questions, thought I’d need a Jeep. Tried a 4X4 and the drove it home. Took it to the hill and it was like a Cadillac. Can’t say how glad I am I didn’t fall into the Jeep trap, as soon as I put a chair and plants in the bed. Still got the Jeep guy callin from Carmax. Lithia and Carson Jeep say come back with more money down and we’ll see what we can do. Friend at DMV was right. Secret word is Dolan in the Reno area. More

Just had our new 2020 Avalon Limited Hybrid in for the 5000 mi check. Nile Bremser really took care of us. We’ve been coming to Dolan Toyota since 2007. I’ve had 7 service advisers in that time. Nile Brem 5000 mi check. Nile Bremser really took care of us. We’ve been coming to Dolan Toyota since 2007. I’ve had 7 service advisers in that time. Nile Bremser is at the top of the list! I had to drop the car off then left out of town for a week. Nile did such a good job of keeping me in the loop and helping us pick up the car after your normal service hours as our plane was late. I was happy with my lease vehicle and wanted to purchase it. It took me 3 hours for them to do the paperwork. After several requests to speed up the process all they could do is to ask if I needed a bottl it. It took me 3 hours for them to do the paperwork. After several requests to speed up the process all they could do is to ask if I needed a bottle of water. Finance pushed their extended warranty which can be Beneficial but they only gave me a price for the longest term and most expensive contract, they would not give me a price on any of the shorter term agreements which I had asked for, I was told that they know what works best for my needs and anything less than that would not work for me.Unfortunately they don’t listen to the customer needs but are driven by they “extras” where their money is made. Toyota has wonderful vehicles unfortunately there are no other players in town. I suggest not to be taken in by the false Dolan line to be part of their family. Once to experience working with them you will understand how they got to have such a beautiful expensive building. Sorry Dolan family you lost my business because of your greed. More
