Considering that I have taken my car into the Toyota dealership service department two times in the last 3 months without a fixed car is the majority of the reason for my low rating. The free check engine reading at an auto parts store, did a better job at telling me what the problem was then the mechanic at Toyota. I have taken my car here for years and have never felt like they were just trying to get money out of me until this last service visit. It came down to me spending more money on something that had already been replaced recently before they would consider looking into other problems. Tried to reach out to the service manger with no return call. In their defense it may not be easy to know exactly what the problem was, but they went about it the wrong way. Even though I’m unhappy with the money I spent for a car that isn’t fixed, the customer service was great . I appreciated the extra sanitation r/t covid. I will not be returning for any services. More

I brought my 2016 RAV4 in for regular maintenance on March 11th. It was serviced and washed within 2 hours. Andrew Lopez was my service rep and he was professional and efficient. I trust Toyota to do just what needs to be done. I bought my first RAV4 in 2002 at Reno Toyota, both new. My Grandson is driving the 2002 now and it still looks new. I love my Toyotas!!! I also needed to replace the weather strip for the back hatch and called the week before and was t I had an appointment for the 10,000 mile service. I also needed to replace the weather strip for the back hatch and called the week before and was told it would happen. When Ii got there nobody knew about it so I have to make another 180+mile trip to get it done. I paid for the part and was told it would be in the following day. Haven't heard anything yet. Not happy. More
