They actually offered us extra money on our trade in and reduced transfer fee in order to help us meet out spending goal - without us even asking!! As a woman who has been ignored or talked over at plenty of dealerships, it was so refreshing that everyone at Dolan treated me with utmost respect and clearly valued me as a customer (and didn't just try to sell to my husband as so many others tried to do). 4th time service 2 out of 4 blamed me that the truck has been abused instead of covering it under warranty. The service was great, however, something really strange happened. I was told that someone would call me when my car is done, approximately at 5 pm, but nobody did. I waited and waited pass 6pm then found o happened. I was told that someone would call me when my car is done, approximately at 5 pm, but nobody did. I waited and waited pass 6pm then found out that the service department closes at 6 pm. No call, no text messages.... I had to book an Uber to get there, then I was told that if they cannot get my car out of the service area, I’ll have to come back in the morning which I cannot because I work early in the morning. Thankfully they were able to retrieve my car but it was not a fun experience. You failed to contact your customer then say he may need to come back another time??! More

Horrible customer service! I have been trying to get my windshield replaced for almost 2 months! Have left 10 messages and have visited the dealership twice always with a promise that someone with the warr windshield replaced for almost 2 months!
