I recently had recall work done on my 2004 Tundra. The service department was organized quick and thorough. They deliver my truck on time and check out was quick and easy. The service was as expected, nothing new. Unfortunately tires were not set at the correct psi and set my tire light off. I had to reset all tire pressures to vehicle specs. Just bought a Tacoma TRD OR truck. Had to wait a couple of months for delivery but the wait was worth it! Love the truck and had an amazing customer service experience! Initially worked with Tony P (sales), then Kris S, (sales) and closed the deal with Michael B (finance)! Tony was super helpful during our initial fact-finding visits which made us very comfortable with this size purchase, then he & Kris gave me weekly updates on the expected build date. At no point did I feel any pressure from anybody which was a major relief...it had been 10 years since my last car purchase! When the truck finally arrived, they were awesome with getting it ready for pickup and even threw in a few "extras" since we waited so long. I can't say enough about Tony, Kris, and Michael! They make a great Dolan team!! Keep up the great work guys....I'll send everyone your way!! More
