Honestly that’s unacceptable. The workers were all gathered together in the sales area laughing and talking loudly with each other right next to each other it’s not very safe. I had a bad experience, which before this day had all been very positive experiences. My service representative didn’t once come to check on me once, even though I sought him out and the time he told me been very positive experiences. My service representative didn’t once come to check on me once, even though I sought him out and the time he told me was way over. My services usually take a couple of hours but this one took over 5 hours. James also tried to charge me over $500 even though I was taking my mom’s vehicle which she had Toyota care. So it went back down to $100. I also missed a very important doctors appointment because of the lack of communication. I did have a staff member help me out when he saw I was irritated so I appreciate that. I know I’ll have better times there, but this visit was frustrating and made me rethink if I want to come back. A service rep can make or break the experience and this one broke mine. More
I took my 4Runner to Dolan for the 50K service. Nick was my service writer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle through the process. I like coming here. There service is pretty intimidating at first because of how large and fast they are. But they always do a decent job. Only once have I had an issue and it was not a big deal. Dolan is large, fast and super friendly. They took my car in when they said they would, did the work when they said they would and had it ready when they said they would.
