I wanted to specifically mention Chris the Manager, Galen the finance guy who was patient and re-did our paperwork a couple of times because of some snap decisions we made. Eddie the sales rep did not look like a car salesman, rather he was relaxed, straightforward, had in depth knowledge of the car and systems. I also appreciate that Sarah the hospitality rep has been on the phone with my wife helping her set up her apps on her phone. Buy a car from these guys - it still takes three hours, but they make it as good as possible. More

I went to the dealership multiple times. The first time I was sent on a test drive with an empty tank of gas and was told it was ok to ahead and go if you run out of gas just call me. Then when taken to the garage to look at a vehicle just taken in he drove recklessly getting us to and from. Then my final experience two and a half weeks after I was told the car was mine and it was a done deal it was being leased through Toyota I received a letter via fedex telling me to return the car immediately that the contract was rescinded. I Never received a phone call, email, or letter saying there was an issue with anything until that fedex letter demanding return of the vehicle. I called them and told them I was under quarantine for an upcoming medical procedure and couldn’t come in until Wednesday which I was told was fine. Then while I’m in the hospital my co-signer was called and was given attitude because the vehicle had not been returned yet and threatened to come get the vehicle even though I still had two more days until the agreed upon day. I’ve never been treated so bad and lied to multiple times, every time I called them out in something the story changed. They say welcome to the family who needs enemies when family treats you like they treated myself. I will never go to a Dolan dealership again!!!!! More
