Had a horrible experience usually it takes me 10-15 min to get it checked in and get a rental car this time it took more than 1 hr for this process very disappointed with the services. When I got to the re to get it checked in and get a rental car this time it took more than 1 hr for this process very disappointed with the services. When I got to the rental side the first car they couldn’t find it took 15-20 min so they can find it. Once found they mention that it was dirty. Got me another vehicle waited for 10 min and they couldn’t find it neither. Try to talk to a manager everyone busy. Finally got a call from one was not helpful ask to talk to his manager still waiting. More

They wanted to rotate my tires, but I didn’t have time. They suggested I have that done at 15,000 miles. I could schedule another appointment before 15,000miles. What do you suggest? Worst experience ever. Walked in with pre-approved financing from Capital One and thus began their pathetic attempt at the spot delivery scam. I had the "sales manager" Geoff (don't care enough to financing from Capital One and thus began their pathetic attempt at the spot delivery scam. I had the "sales manager" Geoff (don't care enough to look up his stupid name) put IN WRITING that they WOULD ONLY do business with Capital One. Didn't let that stop them from instead running my credit through all their banks and credit providers. Driving my score down 13 points as it will sit for months. Meanwhile, I wasn't about to sit around and let them finish the spot deliver scam so I call Capital One. What do you know??? They NEVER saw the contract that was written. They never got a crack at those numbers they got me with -4000 in a trade and more fees etc... So they wanted thousands more down and a huge payment. But NO. As soon as they saw the REAL numbers they were ready to write the loan. The dealership just keeps heaving lies and excuses fast and hard while my bank is sitting getting everything in real time with today's times/dates on them. Such an insane situation. The dealership ended up selling for less money, the finance manager had to drive out new paperwork because I am never going back to that dealership for anything. Instead of selling the car though my bank to start with they lied to me, and to my bank (their supposed business partner), ran my credit score down 13 points because what do they care? Never going back for service, if I need a genuine Toyota part I will order or go to another Toyota dealer. If my bank wants to pursue this, I will gladly help in any way I can. ALL FOR NOTHING! THESE DUMMIES GOT NOTHING MORE FOR THIER EFFORTS! IT was a pointless waste of time and as I stood there describing the spot delivery scam they were still trying it on me....honestly these are some of the stupidest people I have ever come across. You are a fool if you do business with them. More
