Dolan Toyota is a top notch dealership! I was looking for a used Tacoma and went by last week to check out their inventory, they had a lot! I did some research and decided between a couple of trucks, so we went in today and talked with Alec. He showed me the ones I wanted to see and I was able to test drive both trucks immediately. I decided which one I wanted and was ready to make my purchase. Alec was super fast, super friendly and they worked with my credit union for financing! I got a great deal on an awesome truck and it was the smoothest car purchase I’ve ever made! I would definitely recommend all my friends and family buy any new or used car from Dolan. From sales to financing to the tech guy showing me all the bells and whistles on my new ride, the place is a well oiled machine! They don’t mess around! I’m so glad I went there! More

22 Corolla steering wheel is peeling was told I would need to bring back and leave all day to diagnose. I usually have had good experiences with Toyota and left good reviews, but we had an awful experience on our last visit. We left the car early in the morning and were told it would only be about 5 hours to good reviews, but we had an awful experience on our last visit. We left the car early in the morning and were told it would only be about 5 hours to have it finished, which was reasonable enough. It took way longer and we missed a deadline for another errand because of this, and we did not get notified on the wait time. The worst part of the experience was that we discovered someone at the dealership had backed into a pole and left noticeable damage on the vehicle without letting us know about it. The whole thing was very frustrating but I will leave 3 stars because I have usually had positive encounters before. More
