I usually have had good experiences with Toyota and left good reviews, but we had an awful experience on our last visit. We left the car early in the morning and were told it would only be about 5 hours to good reviews, but we had an awful experience on our last visit. We left the car early in the morning and were told it would only be about 5 hours to have it finished, which was reasonable enough. It took way longer and we missed a deadline for another errand because of this, and we did not get notified on the wait time. The worst part of the experience was that we discovered someone at the dealership had backed into a pole and left noticeable damage on the vehicle without letting us know about it. The whole thing was very frustrating but I will leave 3 stars because I have usually had positive encounters before. More
