Scheduled a test drive for a new 2022 Toyota SUV. Dolan Toyota confirmed my appointment via text. Two different “product specialist” confirmed the appointment. He says they can’t locate the new model and he tries to switch me to look at a couple 1 and 2 year old used vehicles. I said I had a confirmed appointment to test drive a new RAV4. He just shrugs his shoulders and walks away. More
