The appointment process works well. I had entered the VIN previously, so it seems that ALL of the vehicle related info would be/should be immediately available. More

Jacki did the best she could do. After my truck was wrecked while being serviced and I was without my truck from 7/11 - 10/1. This is totally unacceptable. Never did the service manager or the dealership manager reach out to me. It wasn't until I told Jacki that I wanted some type of compensation for not having my truck did I have conversation with any management. More
