We recently brought our vehicle (2010 GX 460) in for it's 5,000 mile service. Additionally, we were experiencing the vehicle pulling to the right. In obtaining a loaner for the day, we were given our choice of loaner vehicles to choose from, with various models being available. The vehicle we obtained as a loaner was a 2010 GS 350, which we found to be a pleasure to drive. The attitude of both the service department staff, and in particulr, service advisor Marshall Bravo, was excellent. Mr. Bravo was more than accomodating, as were the technitions involved, who not only serviced the vehicle, but rode with us for a road test, to confirm the vehicle's pull. Upon picking the vehicle back up, all of the service staff were again exectional in both their attitude, and willingness to address whatever questions or concerns we may have had. Likewise, our vehicle was cleaned/detailed both inside and out, at no charge, which is the case on each and every of our service visits. We would also like to single out for praise, Lexus of Reno's Internet Manager, Stefan Precup. We have gotten to know Mr. Precup on a personal level from the two previous Lexus vehicles we purchased at Lexus of Reno; Mr. Precup always takes the time to visit with us when we are in for service, and continually makes inquiry, and goes above and beyond, as to whatever he can do to make our service experience more pleasurable. In summary, Mr. Tom Dolan and his entire staff are to be commended for not only a continual job well done, but as a model for customer service from which other area car dealers should copy.
