My wife and I recently purchased a Lexus from this dealership. Lexus cars sell themselves so whether or not to buy is totally up to the dealer. Here is a highlight of our purchase experience: On our initial visit to the dealership Todd Jones introduced himself and welcomed us to the dealership. We informed him of our interest in a specific model. Then, Todd escorted us to the car and began sharing and demonstrating his product knowledge. We took notice of his enthusiasm and energy for the Lexus brand. If he had been using the "same old same old" sales hype we were out of there. While he attempted to sell us a car that day there was no pressure to buy. Todd called us a week later to follow up and we told him we were interested in another model. Todd recited the day and time for our next visit and said he would have a car waiting for us. Upon arriving he was at the ready and the car was there. Again, Todd shared his product knowledge. Again, we left the dealership however, this time there was no attempt to sell us the car that day. A few weeks later Todd called to follow up. At that time we told him we were interested in buying and set up a meeting time. Upon returning Todd introduced us to Bruno Azevedo. Bruno's priority, like Todd, was to answer questions with an eagerness to share product knowledge along with no pressure to buy. When we were ready to buy Bruno handled the negotiating. After concluding the transaction it became apparent this dealership is all about the value of the Lexus brand and will sell you a car when you are ready. More
My wife and I visited Lexus of Reno in December, 2013, in order to start shopping for a new/used car to replace our 2001 Subaru. Our contact with the dealership began with a phone call to Todd Jones, who had been recommended to us by friends, as we were driving into Reno. Todd was very helpful and professional on the phone, and got a very clear idea of our interests. By the time we arrived at the dealership, Todd (who was meeting with another client when we arrived) had arranged to have Lyndle Farris begin working with us. Lyndle already had a vehicle meeting our requirements ready for us to consider, and quickly added a second. When it became evident that we had more interest in one of the cars, he and Todd focused on ensuring that we fully understood the features and benefits, without pressuring us. Long story short, the car they identified for us was perfect. We were able to reach a satisfactory agreement relatively quickly and fairly. The car was ready for us a few days later, as agreed, after adding some additional equipment we requested and performing a complete certification of the car. We could not have been happier with the service, attentiveness, and all around high quality exhibited by Todd and Lyndle, and the rest of the staff at Lexus of Reno. More
Since 1990 I have been a Lexus car owner, with several new Lexus vehicles since then. With all my new car purchases, I have never experienced the great service and smooth process as I just did from Reno new Lexus vehicles since then. Not only the process of the purchase was smooth, but the great service in the delivery of the vehicle was the best ever. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience in buying my new RX 350 at the Lexus of Reno. I was greeted by an enthusiastic sales person (Todd Jones). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the car. We went on a test drive in which he helped to show me how many of the items on the car worked. Once we got back to the sales office he proceeded to go over the car in great detail. I never felt pressured to buy. I left the dealership that day to think about what I wanted to do and to look at various other cars. I came back a week or so later to see Todd Jones to confirm the RX 350 was the car for me to buy. Todd greeted me again with his wonderful smile and took me on yet another test drive and reviewed the car and what I wanted from a car to help me with my decision. Once I told him I wanted to proceed with the purchase as long as I could get good deal. He immediately went to bat for me. I ended up with what I feel is a very good deal. Once the deal was finalized I was blown away by the amazing customer service of the entire dealership. Brain Ralston spent a solid 2 hours going over every aspect of the car and Lexus Enform. Brian brought the features and the car to life for me. I have never left a dealership before knowing how to use and operate everything on the vehicle. The technology would have been hard to learn all the features, but in Brian going over them, I now know how to use each to my interest and advantage. From Todd, to Brian to the Manager, each was excellent to deal with. If you want to have a great process in buying a car, and to feel even better after the purchase, then Lexus of Reno is definitely the place to go to purchase a car. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. The entire staff is amazing. More

Kym sold us on the 2013 Lexus Rx450h by identifying our needs very well and by listening to our expectations regarding the trade-in (2010 Lexus Rx450h) and this process. He showed us features in this 2013 Lexus that we may have had in the 2010 Lexus but simply were not aware of; plus he clearly demonstrated that Lexus' technical aspects are cutting edge - and he was able to do so in simple terms which even we could understand and follow. It could not have been a better experience. Enthusiastic saleswoman (Kymberly Platt) who knew everything about every model and was willing to search all the way to Tokyo to find what I wanted. Then I went to pick it up and instead of just being handed the keys I was given a graduate course on every safety and fun feature including the whole navigation/media/radio/assistance menu by Brian Ralston. My husband and I shopped for a few weeks, looking for a new vehicle. We have owned 2 Lexus Rx, so we were thinking maybe something different. We knew we would have to consider a Lexus because we have enjoyed the others. We met Bruno, our salesman, we liked him. He was very professional and open to showing us everything. I had been surprised at other dealerships they seemed to think they knew what vehicle was best for me. We test drove the Lexus 2013 RX 350, we were impressed, but not ready to make a commitment. Bruno knew we were looking around, he stayed in contact with us but no pressure. We returned about a week or two later, ready to purchase the car we drove. One reason because we decided the Lexus was the best car for us and we wanted to do business with Bruno. The car we had driven was sold. Bruno was not deterred, he offered to get us a vehicle just like it and continued to show what they had available. He listened to us!! We went home with a 2013 Lexus 450h, it's the BEST**** My husband loves the smooth transmission!!! Paper work seamless. Mr. Jimenez made it a pleasant experience!! I returned a week later to meet with the delivery specialist Brian. I was nervous!! The car is just so smart!!! Brian put me at ease and I really enjoyed learning how to use the amenities the vehicle offers. He is a saint!!! (really) Brian is a good teacher and very patience. He even gave me an "A". Terrible dealership do not shop here!! First we got lied to about the serivce history of the used lexus we bought. 10 months later I sold the car & asked for a refund on the overpriced warranty I bought. They pro-rated the price and charged me for 3 years when I didn't even own the car. Too bad was the attitude I got. They are very friendly here but also very dishonest. Do not shop here. More
