Major Mike went the extra mile to answer our questions and to make sure we were well taken care of. Even the GM of the dealership, Ashton Carroll, pitched in when we had questions. This is our first Lexus, and I love the feeling of being spoiled by a dealership. Absolutely everyone on staff that we had dealings with were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. More

His willingness to go the extra step to make sure we've been happy with our purchases is another reason we've been impressed. A great place & great people! I have recently made Reno my permanent home and used my 2002 Ford Van to move all my belongings from CA to Reno. Time now to move up to a nicer car and get rid of the van. I shopped online for Crossover models in many different brands. They were all pretty much the same until I came to the Lexus CT 200, hybrid. It seemed head and shoulders above the field. Soon I was at the Dolan Lexus dealership and being greeted by Todd Jones. I have not bought any car for 12 years and no NEW car in about 50 years. My, my, how the cars have changed and the way to buy a car too! This time I never felt any pressure to buy and also got a lot of useful information. Todd encouraged me to drive the vehicle but I was not ready for that. (I'm a 71-year-old female) We went for a test drive but I let him do the driving. Still impressed with the vehicle I returned to the dealership about a week later as I had worked up the courage to drive the car! At this point there was a small hiccup as I had made an appointment to see Todd again but no one seemed to know about it. After showing me the car again he introduced me to to Mike McKeen. and I drove while Mike didn't get TOO nervous! He explained the systems in the car that I was using at the moment but did not confuse me with all the information about the numerous other electronic marvels in the car. Returned safely back to Dolan and I said I would like to buy. Mike and Todd immediately turned into busy bees and the task was accomplished with the help of Ashton who was, I think, in the manager's seat that day. Then it was the "money man's" turn to help me. His name is Juan Jimenez and he is obviously very competent because we were able to complete our transaction even though the computer system for the entire dealership was on the fritz that day. I did not buy the car I drove! I wanted a completely different color scheme inside and out. Thought there would be a long wait to get it but not so! The staff was able to locate just what I wanted at another dealership and it will be shipped to Reno for me to pick up in a matter of a very few days! I'M SO EXCITED! It has been explained that Dolan offers a class to help me learn about my new vehicle and use all the systems. This is something I will need and will be happy to have available. At Dolan I was happy to work with: Todd Jones Mike McKeen, a very new but still knowledgeable employee Ashton, sorry I didn't get your last name! He is personable and very helpful. Juan Jiminez, hope your computer ills are fixed by now! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the computer that kept us there so long. I missed lunch and I don't do well when I don't eat regularly. Computer problems are common, I know, and never helpful! More
