Took advantage of an older lady My mom bought a new Lexus RX from these guys and is beyond obsessive about having them service it, frankly more than is really necessary. They just had her replace her tires on the new RX she bought from them after all of 20k miles, (stating the tread was gone) when the tires (if bought directly from the manufacturer) have a 65k warranty. As a lady in her 70s, a contender for Nascar she is not, so one can't argue that she drove it hard. Sadly this isn't the first time they've had her pay for work on this car that makes no sense given its age and mileage. This will be the last Lexus she buys and will be avoiding this dealership in the future - not exactly classy to take advantage of an older lady. More

Awesome experience We had such an awesome experience last Saturday, when we purchased our very first Lexus! We had a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE , which we purchased in October 2016,from Dolan Toyota. We made a hurried decision at that time, because our daughter needed my car to practice on driving, which she'll also be using after she passes her driving test. It was a good SUV, but, I wasn't really that happy with it! I've always wanted to have a Lexus... but, it was like a dream for me, thinking it was just too expensive & won't be able to afford it. I told my husband, that before I'll retire.... (that'll still be in few more years), I will have a Lexus! Not knowing, my husband went to Dolan Lexus & made inquiries. He told me he made an appointment for us to go to Dolan Lexus. I told him we can't afford it & that it'll be impossible for us to purchase one at this time! April 8, 2017, we went to Dolan Lexus for our noon appointment, with Kymberly Platt. We were met at the front door by Alexey Makovskiy, who was very nice & accomodating, although he was still new with Dolan Lexus. He took us for a test drive & was patient enough to answer our questions to the best of his knowledge. Kymberly Platt was so awesome! She had everything ready & set up before we got there! She had 2 cars for us to choose from, that were close to the price range as the Toyota Highlander we had & our monthly payments as close as the one we were making for the Toyota Highlander.
