He is such a nice person and very helpful with the business aspect of our visit. Besides always keeping our car in tip top shape, its always nice when you have wonderful, friendly employees there to deal with....it makes all the difference. The facility is beautiful and always looks brand new when you walk in there. The Dolan family keeps everything running ship shape and whoever you deal with is eager to get your problem...or...routine maintenance taken care of. There is nothing to complain about...we know when its time for our car to go in for "whatever", it will be taken care of and taken care of as it should be. Its the best!! More

I was blown away by the courtesy and service provided to me by Carlos Bucio. Carlos in the Service department was so helpful! That’s the guy to look up or request for Lexus vehicle service. He kept me informed during my entire service process. When it got late he provided me a loner. The service appointment didn’t seem to take very long because the waiting room was so relaxing. A very nice and courteous hostess provided me coffee. Can’t wait for my maintenance light to come on again :) More
2002 RX300 245,000 Mile Service CORRECTION We had a new young service writer this time, and he had trouble getting help from the shop to address a problem with the dashboard MPG readout. The re We had a new young service writer this time, and he had trouble getting help from the shop to address a problem with the dashboard MPG readout. The readout was jumping from 5.6 mpg to 79.3 mpg to 46.9 mpg etc. every few seconds, even in cruise control on level pavement. However, our former service writer (Carlos Bucio, now supervisor of service writers) came to his aid, and we left in a loaner car anticipating that all would be well in a couple of hours. However, it was not to be, so we kept the loaner over the weekend. We did some research online over the weekend at the Club Lexus site and found a solution - just disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, then reconnect, reset the information button, and all is well. We got a call on Monday that the problem wasn't a problem, that the readout was working as it should. However, that jumping around was still doing it when we picked up our car. I did the suggested work-around and everything seems to be fine now. We also installed a new battery, as I think that may have been the initial problem (low voltage or current that kept the computer or sensors from working right). Dolan Lexus has been great on all other occasions, so I won't fault them for this one-time failure. They're dedicated to helping us keep this car going until we get to 300,000 miles at least. More
