There were a couple minor hiccups with paperwork that I attributed to not selling to someone in Michigan every day. Nothing that wasn’t quickly handled with overnighted fed ex of documents. Kymberly was especially great about responding to my questions quickly. I requested several specific photos of the car which she didn’t hesitate to deliver. She made the buying process hassle free. Personalized and fast service I appreciate the personalized service, the ease of checking in, the loaner car when needed and picking up a clean car! All of my service was completed to my satisfaction. I did at first think that something was not properly tightened because I heard a rattling noise when traveling above 50 MPH. Come to find out it was only the service number ticket tucked under my wiper :). Hopefully they’ll remember to remove it next time....but not a big deal at all. More
