Julie was very helpful and very quick to take my car for scheduled maintenance. Since I don't live close to the dealership I asked for a shuttle ride to the nearest bookstore. Placed an order on a NX Hybrid on September 21, the sales man was contacting me constantly, along with Jessica, calling me constantly about other possible vehicles that were coming in (Awesome) so that we wo man was contacting me constantly, along with Jessica, calling me constantly about other possible vehicles that were coming in (Awesome) so that we wouldn't have to wait for the vehicle that we had ordered. Nothing came in that matched our wants (no big deal). Fast forward to December 1st. The day has come to pick up the vehicle and finalize paperwork. I had already scheduled a clear bra appointment for December 4th. As I was there, the sales man was working very hard on selling us SOMETHING. Decided to keep the business with the Dolan's as they are constantly giving back to the community. Canceled my appointment that I had previously scheduled, and decided to get it done through the Dolan's. Added the clear bra to the bill and finished up the paperwork. Was told I would get a call back "soon" to schedule the clear bra and to pick up the Key glove which I was charged for, per Vspec, but did NOT receive. Also only received 1 key, was told there's a shortage on them and I was going to get a call when it came in. A week goes by, still no call. I messaged the salesman for an update, was told "Rene is going through all the due bills this week so you should be called pretty soon". Fair enough. Today is December 15. 15 days after the Vehicle was purchased. STILL NO CONTACT from anybody. I once again reach out to the sales man. He states "Rene has left for the day, and will be back Monday". The vehicle has driven home and parked in garage, to prevent it from getting rock chips before the clear bra install. The WiFi hotspot is halfway through the "free trial" and it hasn't even been tried, by the time I get a call from someone, maybe even the XM radio trial will have expired. I've purchased multiple vehicles from The Dolan's at Lexus. All previous visits were Great experiences. The customer service I've received AFTER the sale is non-existent. If I never followed up on their sale, who knows if I would ever get the clear bra! I never leave reviews especially bad ones, but after two weeks of me asking for an update with no remedy I'm put in a position to where I have to say something, so other people don't go through what I've been having to deal with. This experience has been very disappointing. Starting to feel more like a number than a customer. Regretting going with the Dolan's this time around. I'm hoping someone will finally get a hold of me to resolve this. Or if you are too busy, just say so, and I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. But I will not keep waiting hoping someone gets a hold of me. As a customer, I'm Tired of begging for an update at this point. More

We have always received great service at Lexus dealerships. Dolan's tops the list. Started in the Service Department when we moved to Reno a couple of years ago. Great service there. The salesperson (Bryan I believe) was helpful, friendly, professional, and a straight shooter. He didn't pressure us at all. Michael, in the finance department, was extremely nice and helpful. We added some service and warranty options with him. Again, no pressure. The facility is top drawer. We stopped in for a complementary car wash last week. While we waited we visited the coffee bar for a complementary coffee drink. The barista was great. So welcoming and full of energy. A great face for the business. That has been a constant with each encounter at this dealership. We really feel we get what we pay for at this dealership. And, they seem to be actively involved in and supportive of the community. We highly recommend this business. More
Julie Tomlinson is THE BOMB! !!! I did not have an appointment, I was an unscheduled drive-in, as my car indicated that I had a right, rear tire issue! She took me right in, and !!! She took me right in, and was able to have the tire replaced and balanced ~ and even had the car washed before I left the dealership!!! She is my "go to" person when I have a car issue ~ which is not often, believe me! I recommend Julie and Dolan Lexus very high! They treat their customers with great respect and kindness!!! ....and Julie is the best of all!!!! More
