I initially came in for low tire pressure but while I was there Dane suggested I get my six-month servicing efficient, educational, and courteous. Slow service When you enter the service garage by a very nice individual. Sadly this is not the service rep. Next you wait while the rep is located. The rep will call you about changes (yes it’s called ‘bait and switch). And when you come back to pick up your car you have to run the gauntlet all over again. There is at least one layer of employees that is wasted. Train the remaining employees better. There is obviously one layer of management that is not performing. More
