Normally Dolan has all the parts for recalls but this time they didn’t have them and I will have to come back again to complete the repair. My husband and I are cautious buyers, not impulsive. Kymberly was patient and understood this was a big decision for us. We took 6+ months to make our decision and test drove many luxury SUVs, including Mercedes GLC300, Audi Q5, Porsche Macan, and the Mazda CX5. Lexus beat them all hands down! So quiet on the road and handles beautifully. We make many trips to So Calif, so "quiet" was high on the list for me and Lexus definitely is #1 in this category. When I had a problem registering my new car online with the DMV, Kymberly stepped in and took care of the whole process for us, thus avoiding a dreaded trip to the DMV. So accommodating and great service! Also want to give a shout-out to Garrett, the Lexus tech employee who was extremely helpful with bringing us up to date on all the technology that comes with purchasing a new car. He was so patient, answering a long list of questions. More
