Zach was very good at his job he knew his products. We’ were looking for AWD but wanted a smaller car then the GS350 we owned. Kay is amazing as always!! Promptness with a smile!!! The only thing I was not impressed with was how dirty the rental car was on the inside! Dog/Cat hair everywhere.
