Dolan Lexus

When I called Julie Tomlinson (my Lexus Rep) and explained my problem she immediately picked up on my concern (like she always does). She told me to bring the car in and she would have it checked. She immediately documented the issue, for the mechanics. She the sent a txt to me with all the information. She then followed up with a status shortly thereafter. Shortly thereafter; she called me and said they found and repaired the problem. She was in the process of doing the paperwork which would take about 15 min. She would call when she was finished. She did, then I came down and signed the paper. She clearly explained the problem/resolution and charges - which SHE ALWAYS DOES. I left Dolan feeling safe again. I am so lucky (and so is Dolan) to have Julie. Thank you Dolan AND Julie. Julie is a real GEM and a KEEPER. She upholds the Dolan reputation in every way. Tks Judi OConnell More
