I did the research and reno dodge got me my truck i wanted! I have spent about 3 months figuring out what i wanted. We explained what vehicles we were looking for and that we could not purchase that evening because we were in the process of closing on a house and would have to wait. Phil gladly showed us the vehicles we were looking for with a smile on his face. Phil was very courteous, patient and never rushed us to buy a vehicle. We shopped around until we closed on our house. We went back to the dealership and met with Phil again and told him we closed but we were shopping around and still looking at new vehicles which took a couple of weeks, with other dealerships not having what we were looking for and pushy sales people trying to bully us into buying vehicles we did not want we finally went back to Reno Dodge. Once again Phil was happy to greet us and never pushed us to buy anything and let us take the time to find the right vehicle. Both of us working with Phil purchased our new vehicles and we are extremely happy. Then when they do you a really bad deal, they blame you, your finance company, and everyone else under the sun EXCEPT themselves. They (in their own eyes) are "good" guys. More

From start to finish my experience was A+ all the way. Corresponding by email and online with Victor through the application process was easy and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He stay in contacted with me, answered all my questions, notified me that I was pre-approved for my car and set up an appointment for me to come in and complete the final paperwork. When I and my daughter came to Reno Dodge for my appointment I was greeted by Devin Rogers who was very professional and friendly. He brought Victor to meet me, we talked and he left me in Devin's capable hands. Devin took me through the first part of signing the financial paperwork explaining every detail as we with along; everything was swift, easy and understandable. Then he took me to meet Vinnie Depaoli to complete and finalize everything. Vinnie was very pleasant, friendly and professional. Vinnie made signing financial paperwork a breezie, easy, fun and yet professional experience.
