Service of Jeep Patriot After getting terrible service from Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno, I called Don Weir Reno Dodge to help me get my son's Jeep Patriot's rear hatch fixed After getting terrible service from Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno, I called Don Weir Reno Dodge to help me get my son's Jeep Patriot's rear hatch fixed. I spoke with a very nice gentleman in their parts department who was very helpful and also concerned about the run around I received at Lithia. He helped schedule me an appointment and then a very nice lady from the service department called to help me schedule a day and told me who my son's Service Advisor would be (Ben). He had his appointment on Friday, March 31st and they reconfirmed what Lithia originally stated was that the cylinder for the rear hatch had failed and needed replaced. Ben had the part ordered and it was replaced on Tuesday, April 4th. Works great and Reno Dodge did awesome! My son is going to college at UNR, so any other service needs we will definitely go to Reno Dodge for assistance. For the record...Lithia Chrysler Jeep has terrible follow up, assistance and customer service! More

He told me his name was Matt. I told Matt that I just came from Champion Chevrolet and they had let me down, so hopefully you will be able to change that. Well Matt did just that. He introduced me to Kirby who sealed the deal. I got the truck I wanted at a reasonable price and I'm very pleased with the RAM.
