Won't be back a 3rd time Purchased a 2017 Fiat Spyder on Sunday April 30, 2017. This my second purchase, with a very similar experience. The other vehicle was a new 2015 Ram Purchased a 2017 Fiat Spyder on Sunday April 30, 2017. This my second purchase, with a very similar experience. The other vehicle was a new 2015 Ram 2500, Jan 1, 2015. The sale goes quick and friendly enough. It's after the sale with any issues with the vehicle. Also, the delivery is not a good experience. The check off sheet is thrown in front of you while you're still at the finance table. No cleaning, "no gas card", etc. Why be open on Sunday if you can't staff. No follow up, I needed some defects taken care of but apparently it takes paperwork several days to go from one desk to another. I bought a car down the street at GMC and I had a follow up call on Monday. More

I compared 5 different manufacturer's and chose the Ram. There was two reasons for that, 1) the sales people (Devin Ragers and Tom Kirklin). Their boss Tom also help us. There was no muss or fuss nor any high pressure tactics like so many dealerships. When I went back to the dealership for about the 4th time I had a list of what I wanted and the color. The General Manager Moe was there at the time and he came and told me he had something on the lot that almost fit what I was looking for. So I looked at it and it had everything + what I was looking for. So we drive out with it that day for a Great price. Vinnie in finance was awesome to deal with as we finalized the deal. I found the truck I wanted in Utah and after getting a recommendation to try Reno Dodge, they agreed to beat the Utah pricing and get the truck to Reno the next day. Not only did Reno Dodge match the price, they beat it by 1k. The process was smooth and very quick. I came away with a dream truck at a great price without having to fly/drive out of state. More

I had received a warning citation in the early morning hours traveling from Montana to Ca. for having no rear trailer lights. I arrived at Don Weir Dodge at opening time and explained my situation. I consider myself pretty mechanically savvy and was convinced my problem was in the built in harness on my 2016 Ram truck. A few minutes later "Jon showed me a very loose trailer ground connection hidden behind one of the turn signal lights and I was able to be on my way again. I cannot thank this dealership enough and the appreciation i have for their help. If I lived nearby I would be using them again as my dealer of choice.. Thanks again for the help. Jerry B. It was my first ever Chrysler product and I am very pleased with my purchase so far. I was greeted by Gregg Salaices at the dealership and he was professional and respectful in assisting me in my search for a new truck. At no time did I feel pressure in buying the truck. Tom, the sales manager, assisted Gregg and I in coming to a very reasonable price for the truck and the finance department staff were able to get me an excellent rate and terms on my loan. The whole process took about 3 hours start to finish and that is very fast compared to other experiences I have had at other dealerships.
