Horrible service I don't recommend this service center because Ben took advantage of my brother my brother but a van from Reno dodge after a month from getting the van I don't recommend this service center because Ben took advantage of my brother my brother but a van from Reno dodge after a month from getting the van he had to take for a oil change they and up chanching the oil pan which they didn't do right my brother went home after they charge him $$390 dollars the next morning he saw a patol of oil in the ground so he took the van back to the Reno dodge services then !!ben!! said we had to ran a diagnostic to see where the leeks is from I try to explain him the oil is from the oil pan which they put on new they didn't do right so I had no vehicle for 3 days because they mess up and on top of this I had to pay another 100 dollars after they mess up I will not ever go to this service More

As you can see I gave everyone 5 stars and that is becau I just wanted to take a moment to rate my most recent experience with Don Weir's Reno Dodge. As you can see I gave everyone 5 stars and that is because they truly deserve it. I have boughten several vehicles from Reno Dodge over the last several years and it feels like each experience goes smoother and smoother from beginning to end. I would like to give high praise to our Salesman Larry Farrell as I have never had a more committed and genuine salesman. I always feel like Larry has our best interest at heart, Larry and the staff at Reno Dodge are relaxed and it always feels like there is no pressure. They all take to heart what we want, what we are willing to pay and have always either matched it or beat it. A few years back I almost bought at Dave Smith motors in Idaho because of all the hype about how much money could be saved. Since we already had a good relationship with Reno Dodge, I took in my deal that I had with Dave Smith and believe it or not Moe Golshani the Sales Manager and the guys down at Reno Dodge found the exact same truck minus the color and actually beat Dave Smith's price. So we saved even more money and did not have the hassle of traveling out of state to purchase a vehicle. My most recent experience was the same. Just this past week I came in looking to trade in my Dodge Durango and get into a used truck. I had done some research and when I came into the dealership, Larry showed me some used vehicles and a few new trucks, while waiting inside Moe Golshani the sales Manager showed me a new truck (beautiful dream type truck) and explained he could get me in that truck with sales prices and rebates for a better price and deal. Can't believe right....well guess what I ended up with that new truck (my dream truck) and I am paying less than had I purchased one of the used trucks I was looking at. I got the awesome rebates and the specials at the time for the Memorial weekend and they found me an awesome rate, that my own bank couldn't even match. It was a wonderful experience as usual. To top it off my husband and I had also been looking at a commuter vehicle for gas savings, something that could eventually be passed on to our children and were going to be going to Subaru for the safety features and high gas mileage and well the guys at Reno Dodge did it again. Moe researched it and found us a used Subaru Outback fully loaded with every safety feature at their Fernley location and had it driven up here to Reno, detailed and then sold it to us at a absolutely steal of a deal. I could not have gotten that vehicle at Subaru or anywhere for anywhere near that price used or new with all of those features. So from one consumer to another if your looking for an honest, no pressure deal, then I suggest giving the guys especially, Larry Farrell, Moe Golshani, and Vinnie Depaoli the opportunity to help you get what your are looking for. I am sure you won't be disappointed. The staff here at Reno Dodge is friendly, there is no pressure, the vehicles are quality and I am not at all disappointed and I am sure when I need another vehicle I will be giving Larry and Moe a call. The prices on new Jeeps were surprisingly reasonable and Miguel took some time to find out what our price ranges were and showed us a few vehicles that we might like. We decided on a new Cherokee Sport since the incentives were good. We were in and out in about 2 hrs. Rod and Matt walked us through the paperwork, explaining everything fully. We will definitely recommend Fernley Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to our friends! More

At Reno Dodge, we were met by a salesman, Tony Roach. Tony was pleasant, professional, and informative. He went out of his way to provide us with the vehicle we were looking for. Inside the dealership, we met with numerous people that their names escape me due to the fact that our encounters were brief, and I couldn't believe how smooth everything went. Before my wife and I knew it, we had purchased the truck that I had been looking for. There was no arguing, very little negotiating, and the paperwork (sales contract) went as smooth as anything I've ever experienced. The people of Reno Dodge were some of the friendliest, courteous, and professional people we've ever dealt with. In forty years of buying motor vehicles, this was the most pleasant and enjoyable purchase we've ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend everyone looking to buy a car or truck to go in and visit Reno Dodge at 700 Kietzke Lane. More
