I had written a review previously with the ending saying I would never go to this service department again...however when I found out the person I dealt with before was no longer there so I thought I'd give I would never go to this service department again...however when I found out the person I dealt with before was no longer there so I thought I'd give them another try and if it wasn't for Greg Bahl, renewing my faith in this service department I would have had to find another service department...thankyou to Greg...please keep him!!! I have spent $24,000 trying to get my Dodge Durango repaired. These people at Dolan can’t even fix their own vehicles. And they just tack on ridiculous stuff to the work orders. Also when I wanted a go repaired. These people at Dolan can’t even fix their own vehicles. And they just tack on ridiculous stuff to the work orders. Also when I wanted a government issued recall fixed. They put it on the work order and they didn’t complete the work. So they pretty much lied to me. Don’t trust these people they’re shady. I will never buy a dodge again. These vehicles are crap. More
My truck has been there for SIX weeks now. I dropped my truck off on June 23rd for the 9th time for the same problem that they haven’t been able to fix. Two weeks into it being there they said they were waiting for a part. I have a tracking number for this part via Ram customer care. The parts showed up on Monday, July 17th. I called in on several different occasions between the day that it showed up and now. I left several voicemails and never got a callback. I had to reach out to Ram customer care for them to call me back. Once I received a call back, the guy said that he was still waiting on a part. I proceeded to tell him that the part has been there for three weeks. He proceeded to blame it on the parts department saying that they “dropped the ball”. He said that he’s gonna call me back in 10 minutes with an update and never called me back. I then had to call in four different times to be able to talk to a receptionist. Who said that he was on lunch and that I couldn’t talk to any other advisor because it was the lunch hour. I then asked to talk to the service manager. The service manager also was unavailable at the moment. I was told by the receptionist that I would receive a call after 1 PM. That call also never happened. Definitely do NOT recommend this service department. More
I have a 2020 Ram 3500 diesel that needed an oil change. We were on a road trip from Illinois to Washington state. I was over my mileage for a change by a lot. To whom it may concern, I had my 2013 Dodge 2500 towed to Dolan Dodge Ram Fiat over 10 months ago to get an estimate for a shot out transfer case. I have been calling consistently over the past six months to Dolan Dodge Ram Fiat over 10 months ago to get an estimate for a shot out transfer case. I have been calling consistently over the past six months trying to get a response from Troy in the service department. When he finally takes my call after multiple try’s a day, he has told me countless times, he will have the estimate to me within a couple of hours. Troy has neglected to produce this estimate despite repeated promises. I do not appreciate and can no longer tolerate the blatant dereliction of customer service that has been constant in my case. I am currently seeking legal advice and getting into contact with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, Nevada Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau, and the Nevada DMV Enforcement Division.
