First, your service staff are great. Trying to call your svc department is a nightmare. People want to talk to real people. I brought my Honda to the dealership for a recall. In the process it was discovered that my starter was bad. I had 100 to my name. Brought vehicle in for a recall replacement of seatbelt. A free service. Was told it would take an hour and a half, approximately. No problem. I get a text saying I'd requested tires looked at and a quo A free service. Was told it would take an hour and a half, approximately. No problem. I get a text saying I'd requested tires looked at and a quote for over $600 for 2 new tires and an alignment stating it is needed and approval to do the work I had requested no such service. The ticket clearly states it was requested by me, to check tires. Clearly, this is not true. I feel this is a scam. My car had recently been serviced at a non-dealer facility and was fine. The clerks were pleasant and the work was performed in a more timely manner than my last encounter. More
