For the service center. Very poor, negative communication. Service manager stood by two service writers, when the were rude, wrong, and have a very nasty attitude. Chris Darden and Danny White were, and are the greatest. They represent Doggett Honda well and these two gentlemen own their job, and are the face of Doggett Honda of Beaumont, Tx. Slow, I arrived 20 minutes before anyone else and it took over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Wanted to charge me 233 dollars to fix a factory defect on a piece of plastic on back door of a car no over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. To top it off their lawn guy blew dirt and grass all over my car with leaf blower while I was waiting for them to finish paperwork. I’m sure I can get better and faster service without having to drive 30 minutes both ways. More
