I’ve called many times in the past few years and talked to a lot of people about getting it fixed. I still get emails about this stranger’s car. You are violating data privacy laws by continuing to keep and use my email address after I have asked many times to delete it. Even if I opt out of emails, I still get service reminders and requests for reviews. I have never been to your dealership and don’t live in the same city, but trust me I’ll never buy a Ford after this experience. Once again, I am requesting that you remove my email address from this stranger’s account. More

BEST customer service I have had from a dealership in YEARS! Randy & Bret couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant! Will not hesitate to drive back there again if needed.
