Ray is the worst If you get ray as a service advisor be prepared for your car being there for a whole week and nothing getting done to your car. I’ve called many times in the past few years and talked to a lot of people about getting it fixed. I still get emails about this stranger’s car. You are violating data privacy laws by continuing to keep and use my email address after I have asked many times to delete it. Even if I opt out of emails, I still get service reminders and requests for reviews. I have never been to your dealership and don’t live in the same city, but trust me I’ll never buy a Ford after this experience.
