I took my Ford Explorer in because of a recall. Tim McKnight was my advisor and he was great! I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. There is something wrong with the Service Department. In the last year, I have brought my 2022 F150 Truck in for a check on erratic boom sounds when I start the truck, no response when I try to choose th In the last year, I have brought my 2022 F150 Truck in for a check on erratic boom sounds when I start the truck, no response when I try to choose the driving mode, and multiple error messages in the computer display, they keep the truck 2 days, and they say they found nothing. Either there are incompetent mechanics, or they are too busy and just reset the computer. I am very disappointed!!! More
