Service writer was not there when my appointment was-person that helped me was VERY nice-my appointment was at 7:30,at 9:30 it was brought to my attention that lof was compleate but squeaky noise w was-person that helped me was VERY nice-my appointment was at 7:30,at 9:30 it was brought to my attention that lof was compleate but squeaky noise would not be able to be looked at for at least 3 hours and she would call me at 12:30 with results!!(they did pay for Uber home)At 12:30 no call so I called and left a message,again at 1 and again at 2.At 2:30 I reached out again and was told I would have to leave car till Monday with no guarantee they would have time to test drive on Monday!!”great customer satisfaction “ I picked up my car and will be looking for a new Ford dealer on Monday!! I have been in car buisness (Ford certified) for 30 years and Monday I will be looking for a new dealer!! More

I can’t say enough great things about this dealership! we called to look into an expedition they showed online and our sales guy (Gabriel) let us know the details plus gave us info on some similar expedi we called to look into an expedition they showed online and our sales guy (Gabriel) let us know the details plus gave us info on some similar expeditions they had on the lot. we never felt rushed, and we ended up being able to do all the paperwork electronicalyl. when i called to confirm the name the cashiers check needed to be made out to, he was so friendly! and when transferred to finance, he remembered I was pregnant and asked how I was feeling. it really feels like family there! when we went in for the test drive & trade in, everyone was so friendly and we didn’t spend more than 30 minutes in there. we we’re in and out in no time! I highly recommend Gabriel!! he’ll take great care of you! More

If you are looking for a car i would not recommend Doggett Ford, more specifically Christopher Interial as the sales manager. 2 hours from making deal and this dude tells me no deal and hangs up while Doggett Ford, more specifically Christopher Interial as the sales manager. 2 hours from making deal and this dude tells me no deal and hangs up while trying to figure out what I can do to make the deal happen. But if you can work Malcolm there without having to go through Chris I would recommend that dude was awesome More
