Horribe service Could not express enough how bad of an experience it was. The service guys were not helpful at all. Actually one of them hung up the phone while I was trying to explain the situation to him. The service manager could not have been more useless either. Came in for a allignemnet and they tied to put a 1100 bill on me, after I said I wasnt gonna deal with it today they still charged me 79 dollars for a service that they didn't even do. I understand that they want to work for free but still, nothing was done to my car. After arriving to pick up the vehicle, John was still rude and interruptive. Finally decided to just pay and leave. Had a chance to talk to the owner and general manager about it and sure they were sorry for what happened but I still did not get any of my money back or any resolvement. I'm never getting back there, for service or to buy a car. More
Brad, My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Escape on Brad, My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Escape on Monday of this week from a very kind albeit very ignorant salesman named Vance. He explained to Brad, My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Escape on Monday of this week from a very kind albeit very ignorant salesman named Vance. He explained to us that he is a Toyota "expert" but didn't know much about Fords. That's fine. After looking at what was on the lot we decided you didn't have exactly what we were looking for so a grumpy man named Bill looked for our specs on other lots. Found one that matched gave the go ahead to proceed. Were told to wait, for what, not sure, but we waited. For about 4 hours. Then we were informed that that car was actually sold and they looked again for another match and found another one minus the all-weather floor mats. At this point, we felt a false sense of commitment to purchasing the car we were so excited to buy so we agreed that would be fine. And then we were told to wait some more for the finance guy. When we finally were able to hear our loan rate and talk definitives we were hurried through the paperwork. Granted, it was now after hours, about 7:30 p.m. and everyone wanted to go home.. but at the end of the day, and I do mean 'end,' we were customers who had waited all counted about 7 hours to give your business our money. I believe we did get a verbal apology but it sure would be nice to receive some compensation for our trouble, at the very least the all-weather floor mats (we were told we could get easily for "a couple hundred dollars"). What's more, and the reason why I write, is that we were told the car could be transferred Monday and we could take it home that night. Then that story changed a couple hours later and we were promised we could pick it up today (Wednesday). When my husband called the dealership to ask about our property's whereabouts at 4 p.m., he was told it hasn't been picked up from the other lot yet and "worse-case scenario" it would be tomorrow. This is utterly unacceptable to me. If nothing else, Vance can drive himself to pick up our vehicle and ensure that we have it this evening. Dylan called your line minutes ago and got a "with a customer" message. We are very reasonable people and easy to deal with, we just don't like getting the run around. This is our first time buying a brand new vehicle and the excitement is fading the longer we have to wait. Please make this situation right. The power of Internet reviews, as you are aware, can be astounding. Thanks for your time and we hope to see you yet today. Update: No written response. Husband called back, spoke to a totally unsympathetic CEO Brad Doenges and was put on hold for 34 minutes before hanging up. Don't waste your time or money here. We were really hoping they'd prove the stereotype of lying car salesmen/dealers wrong. More
They play the shell game, what I mean by that is the "salesman" is basically a clerk, that just gets your info, the credit guy & the sales manager work the deal & use the salesman as a tobby. The sales "salesman" is basically a clerk, that just gets your info, the credit guy & the sales manager work the deal & use the salesman as a tobby. The sales manager asks me "why i put so many miles on my trade in" lol, which is a 2007 model with only 69500 miles, which was a stepping stone to as why "it's not worth anything". Well they did not want to bend on thier price & yet wanted to give me a pittence for my trade in. So basically they wanted 4k down with my trade in to make a "workable" deal. But here's the kicker friends, I had made a deal with another dealership for the exact same vehicle to a tee but it was a 1 1/2 hours from bville & I wanted to give my local dealership a shot, anyway they were 2500 cheaper for same vehicle & willing to give me 3k more for my trade in. I proceed to let them know this after they give me thier spill & they actually get prissy as if I'm lying & am the one trying to screw them. So in short if you want bent buy there, otherwise go elsewhere. Very rude, very pompus & it just amazed me that they acted as if they were the end all be all. GO ELSEWHERE LESS YOU BE SCREWED is what you will be friends. More
