However, when looking for a new vehicle we decided to give them another chance....and the did not disappoint. They were able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for and have it delivered to their lot. Now we have tires for life again and so many more benefits that come from shopping from a local dealer. More

Major dealer, Buy here pay here quality Sooo many problems Where do I start, Worst experience EVER!!!!!! Went to look at a used F-350 #1 their supposed 100+ point inspection is a lie. Truck Sooo many problems Where do I start, Worst experience EVER!!!!!! Went to look at a used F-350 #1 their supposed 100+ point inspection is a lie. Truck had 2 bad batteries, check engine ligjt on, 1 bad glow plug 1 bad injector, bad cab mounts, short in fuel lvl sending unit, non working auto lockers on 4wd, and breaks need replaced tailgate lock doesnt work. probably forgetting something but you get the point. Sat at dealer for 2 hours while they were "looking at truck" to see what was wrong with it. actually it was just sitting behind the shop the whole time while The salesman who was a nice guy, but knew nothing about the ford side supposedly. Was trying to get me to fill out the paperwork on a truck I haven't even been able to drive yet but he claimed it runs great (that's why I can't drive it right). Finally they got it in and replaced the two batteries it ran OK till on the way home ran rough at highway speeds. Then went into derate the next day talked to salesman was told sorry but he can't do anything, called person it says to call in a email they sent me and was told he would get back to me that day or the next at the latest its been a week and still nothing. Also financing I was told the bank REQUIRED me to buy gap insurance on a USED truck UNDER book waiting for the bank to get back to me Monday to see if its true or just another lie from this bs dealer I expect this kind of treatment, and bs from most of those little used car dealers, but not from a major name brand dealer. More
