Don't buy from Dodge of Burnsville!!! We have an expedited freight business Purchased 4 Ram Trucks 2014 and newer. Have replace 2 motors, 2 transmissions, 3 flywheels. Now a motor mount bolt came lose after Dodge of Burnsville replace the motor. And has taken the transmission and some other parts out, another $7,500.00 repairs. The motor originally went out with 165,000 miles and that was 6 months ago! They do NOT WARRANTY anything. But they can charge 140.00 an hour. More

I went to their website, completed the Online Service Request form. This dealership is everything people hate about car dealers. Here is an example. I went to their website, completed the Online Service Request form. Explained there was a recall on my brand new Dodge vehicle, gave them the recall number and title of recall. Under preferred method of contact I selected "email" (I can't really talk at work, and I don't hear very well, which I explained in comments on the form). A week went by before someone emailed me. It was a salesman, Mike Varner, who was "excited to help me find my new car" !!! What?! And then he went on to ask if he could call me instead of email. Obviously the only thing they took from my SERVICE REQUEST was my name and email. Completely ignored it was for service on a new car. I replied with the situation and asked that he have Service contact me. A day later I get an email from Mike Nelson the Service Manager. He doesn't put anything in the subject line so his email goes to my spam folder. When I find it a few days later I see he says to "contact the dealership to set up an appt. and see if they have the parts" ! Well isn't THAT what I did by filling out the Service request form?! And the Service Manager doesn't even check to see if they have the parts before he replies to me?! I did the same thing at another dealership right afterward and they wrote me back the same day, stated they ordered the parts and asked me to pick a day. Now THAT is how a dealership should operate. Dodge of Burnsville? Steer clear, you can do better that that place. More

Bought from here in 2012; Service department poor I came there for some warranty work and got left standing with the service advisers were bs'ing. The one woman who is an adviser is good, however.
