Great experience My husband and I went to Dodge of Birnsville to look at the new Durango. We were greeted by John Bolton and were able to take a test drive right away. John was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered our questions. It was cold outside and John brought the vehicle around to the front for us. There was never any pressure to buy and he informed us of all the possible discounts we might be eligible for. We left to have lunch and after reviewing everything about our 2 choices(Honda Pilot or Dodge Durango), we decided to go with he Durango because it had everything we needed at a lower price. We went back to the dealership and told them we were ready to buy. The purchase went smooth and financing was easy. It was a great car buying experience. More

It is the perfect red color, stow away, DVD player, Sirius XM. all the options she wanted. The price was right, we are extremely pleased with it.We have driven to Florida twice and Branson once. Great experience, great price We had a great experience at Dodge of Burnsville. We initially went in for a used truck we saw online. When we saw that it wouldn't work for us, Mateo We had a great experience at Dodge of Burnsville. We initially went in for a used truck we saw online. When we saw that it wouldn't work for us, Mateo, our salesman, showed us several other used options. When we finally determined none of the used trucks would work for us, he showed us a few new models with rebates / dealer discounts which were surprisingly more affordable than we thought. The sales team worked hard with us to get a truck with the additional features we needed at a price we could afford. The entire process was low stress, and we did not feel pushed into a sale like we have at other dealerships. We had a great experience at dodge of Burnsville, and would recommend anyone go there! dealership is stuck in the past, service department is rude This dealership is everything people hate about car dealers. Here is an example. I went to their website, completed the Online Service Request form. This dealership is everything people hate about car dealers. Here is an example. I went to their website, completed the Online Service Request form. Explained there was a recall on my brand new Dodge vehicle, gave them the recall number and title of recall. Under preferred method of contact I selected "email" (I can't really talk at work, and I don't hear very well, which I explained in comments on the form). A week went by before someone emailed me. It was a salesman, Mike Varner, who was "excited to help me find my new car" !!! What?! And then he went on to ask if he could call me instead of email. Obviously the only thing they took from my SERVICE REQUEST was my name and email. Completely ignored it was for service on a new car. I replied with the situation and asked that he have Service contact me. A day later I get an email from Mike Nelson the Service Manager. He doesn't put anything in the subject line so his email goes to my spam folder. When I find it a few days later I see he says to "contact the dealership to set up an appt. and see if they have the parts" ! Well isn't THAT what I did by filling out the Service request form?! And the Service Manager doesn't even check to see if they have the parts before he replies to me?! I did the same thing at another dealership right afterward and they wrote me back the same day, stated they ordered the parts and asked me to pick a day. Now THAT is how a dealership should operate. Dodge of Burnsville? Steer clear, you can do better that that place. More
