Service department treated me well I recently purchased a used ram 2500. It was an easy no pressure deal. I then had a few issues after taking it on vacation. My fuel filters were up I recently purchased a used ram 2500. It was an easy no pressure deal. I then had a few issues after taking it on vacation. My fuel filters were up for replacement and my front hubs were making a noise. I took my truck in without an appointment. They replaced my front wheel bearings, fuel filters, and light bulb in the cargo area. No charge for any of the work. They even covered the 100.00 dollar deductable. I was very satisfied with the work. More

Routine Maintenance and Service Service was needed on vehicle which included regular oil change and checking a warning light which came on in regards to servicing vehicle. Contacted Service was needed on vehicle which included regular oil change and checking a warning light which came on in regards to servicing vehicle. Contacted the service department and spoke with representative and scheduled an appointment. Appointment was immediate and dropped vehicle off and was provided immediate assistance. Service department also handed and took care of recent recall for vehicle in a prompt manner. Service staff was professional and very helpful with information in regards to rental vehicle and timely in repair. More

customer value We took our car in for service, had to leave it. It was stolen from out of their locked service department. They notified us and that was the last of them, the car was finally recovered . Took it back to them to repair and we had to pay all the cost including what was stolen from within the car. Owner was not there and the person in charge, his comment was well it wasn't our fault. That was all they had to say, there is no way I would ever recommend this dealership to anyone. Beware More

Wait time I went for express lane oil change, I was told I was the only vehicle for that service, went to waiting area, 1 1/2 hours later I went to find out whe I went for express lane oil change, I was told I was the only vehicle for that service, went to waiting area, 1 1/2 hours later I went to find out where I was in process, I looked outside and my jeep was sitting there, I found someone and asked "what is going on with it?" The person I asked had to search for my paperwork and keys, paid my bill and got out of there. More

WORST SERVICE DEPT AROUND Don''t take your car to this dealership. They are nothing but money hungry for repairs. Both times our Sales agent was amazing but for service we have never bot had problems from the time it takes waiting even with an appointment, to being lied to told multiple stories and even having had my keys stolen and new one not programmed so the thieves could still use the stolen key to take my car luckily they didn't and we still did not get our issues resolved won't ever go back there again!!!!!
