If you have a used Jeep Chrysler or Dodge beware. They will take advantage of you to the fullest. I had purchased a used Chrysler off the street it ran for two weeks then stopped running so I figured They will take advantage of you to the fullest. I had purchased a used Chrysler off the street it ran for two weeks then stopped running so I figured take it to the dealer, right? Wrong!!! They wanted to perform all this work and I found out later it would not have mattered what they did to the car the car was no good. It was a complete mod job. History on the car, it was sold to a junk car ad, they ripped out all the parts that mattered and basically rigged it back together to make it run for 2 weeks after this period of time it would dye, which it did. They should have been able to see this when they opened the hood because another mechanic did. They should be ashamed. They took advantage of me and got away with 2500 bucks. Again, if you have a used car go somewhere else, they can't be trusted. More

Service advisors were understaffed the day of my appointment. It was also a busy Monday morning. The service Manager stepped in and was hustling to move cars and get them ready! I waited 30 mins to get checked in…it was worth the wait… I was given a brand new Longhorn truck to run errands instead of waiting on jeep to be serviced. Cheap trick … because of that “test drive” now I really really want one! Friendly staff! More

Service department and their manager need customer SERVICE training. They have poor follow through, poor communication, zero customer accommodation, price gouge and blame COVID yet, pass on all expen SERVICE training. Worst vehicle service department I've ever experienced. They were previously better but are terrible now. Maybe it's their rude manager Shay. I don't know what kind of joy he receives from trying to talk down to people or women but he clearly needs to find a better role to play for his poor skills and personality. More
