Miss, We paid to have your 2008 PT Cruiser towed in to the dealership. The vehicle had a damaged transmission cooler and the transmission line was leaking. We explained this to you and you declined doing the repair.

Your office paid for the tow because I refused to pay for it for the second time. When I went back to have the car towed to the junk yard, the associate tried to have me pay for the tow and another diagnostic. The associate had to go get a manager in order to give me the keys. I advised the manager that the junk yard was coming to pick up the car and he said, and I quote "yes, that is the best thing." Why couldn't you advise this before taking my money. It would not have mattered if you completed the repair. I would have been right back there to have you fix it again because the car was deemed unsalvageable. As a service department you should have been able to recognize this as soon as you opened the hood verses taking advantage of the situation. Instead of making excuses for your actions you should be trying to make it right.
