Over the last 50 years, our customer-focused dealership has gradually expanded to as far as Winter Haven, FL, which is where the story of Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven began in 1991.

To contribute to the 97 Country St. Jude Radiothon, our dealership donated the funds collected from test drives and oil changes and put them toward St. Jude’s efforts to find a pediatric cancer cure.
As a result of our team’s goal to serve the community, we were able to provide this renowned hospital with thousands of dollars in donations. We consider this achievement as a testament to the many ways in which we put our community first.

Horrible experience. Had to take my truck back here again for def issues. Continuous regen. Took it in on tue got it back on thursday, picked it up and it was doing the Had to take my truck back here again for def issues. Continuous regen. Took it in on tue got it back on thursday, picked it up and it was doing the exact same thing that it was doing when I dropped it off. They only put a recall sensor in it and gave it right back to me. Took it right back to them on Friday. And it just sat there. Advisors never called me back everytime I called they had no info on my vehicle. My vehicle was just sitting there.Contacted the GM twice still no help. Ended up having to contact ram care. Dealer told me that it would take 3 weeks for the parts to come in and then about a week to do the repairs. Not to mention it was back in the shop for the same thing that they previously supposed to have repaired. (Def system which is a whole other conversation about the 2022 3500 ram def system)After contacting ram care they got my truck ready in THREE DAYS. I don’t know how they did that but thanks to Ram Care they got it done. Will never ever revisit this dealership.Ever. More
