I asked them to take off etch and shield anti-theft charge. They lied and said they couldn’t. Had to inform them contract said it was optional. Also, they’re sneaky. During negotiations they said my trade-in value was $10,000 but they entered $5700 into the contract. The car heater wasn’t working properly. I’ve taken it back 3 times and still not fixed. Overall a very shady dealership. Go elsewhere to buy a car unless you like being ripped off. More

I paid full for new part and after installing, my car lost the gps- they even did not say any apologies . And I find out the pu wrong radio model - cheaper one without GPS in my car and just said “ oh it hasn’t happed before , I don’t know “ I think they just don’t wanna fix their mistakes and did not respect their customers just after they got my money , they don’t wanna do more work to fix what they did. I do not write this review in anger. It had been a week till now. I need to bring my car to other place , and I swear never in my life I am back this dealer , even more next car . Stay away from this dealer if u don’t want wast ur time and money for the terrible customer service More
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ll try my If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ll try my best to keep this short. I bought a car from Gary here at this dealership 5 months ago, and If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ll try my best to keep this short. I bought a car from Gary here at this dealership 5 months ago, and 3 weeks in of owning the car the check engine light had turned on so I took the car to the shop, they supposedly fixed it only to find out I would have had to keep taking the car in for the same diagnostic codes every month after that for a total of 4 times in 5 months. I then received a letter from the dmv in the mail stating my registration was incomplete due to smog check not being up to date!!! I finally had had enough and went to another dealership and traded the car in. I was then notified by this other dealership that Vacaville dodge dealers had not done the smog before selling the car to me and had not ran any dmv paperwork what so ever because they had a problem with the previous owner not finishing a portion of the paperwork. This place is a joke. To try to get a hold of someone that can actually help you is nearly impossible. Now I’m dealing with trying to get this dealership to refund me for the extended warranty I purchased for the vehicle and I have not been able to get anyone to help me with this.. legal action is my last and final option here! People do NOT go here such a sketchy, and extremely unprofessional place. More

I understand stuff happens and was upset but , when I was looking to have my tow driver drop it off at the dealer , the service dept said , "dont bring it here" ....now I'm REALLY upset! They have no room to park service vehicles nor would they be able to look at it for 2 weeks!! Didnt care that I was stuck on a 2 lane road with a 5th wheel , dogs and my family. Called Hilltop Ram and they were VERY apologetic that this was happening to me and said "get it here" so they could dig into it. This is what I wished I had experienced at Vacaville but didnt go down that way. VERY disappointed! 5 days later , my truck is repaired along with a recall that was outstanding...didn't even ask for that!. I was on a waiting list since Dec 2020 for that recall issue at Vacaville...LOL I will no longer do business with Vacaville and highly recommend others do the same. If you are local , its worth driving a little further for a much better level of service. Amazing how these folks still have customers More
Drove here from San Francisco today, a 1 hour 45 minute drive, to look at a specific new car. The experience manager Carissa (Rissa) said, "The vehicle you are looking for is available and for sale." After drive, to look at a specific new car. The experience manager Carissa (Rissa) said, "The vehicle you are looking for is available and for sale." After explaining my requirements further, she said "We have about 3 [...]s that I think are right up your ally. Are you available today at [...] to come take a look?" Everything about this made me think I could come test drive it and maybe buy it! I showed up, and no one had any idea I was even coming. And the car was not actually available. Sammy apologized that their IT department was understaffed, and it was already sold. But they did have 3 used (2018's) to sell, none of which matched my requirements. I don't appreciate bait and switches. But I don't know the car super well and a test drive would be nice, so I picked the red one and asked to drive it. THE CAR WOULD NOT START. They tried jumping it three different ways. Finally a mechanic came out. 2 hours later they got it running. Meanwhile I entertain them with some negotiations. I did everything wrong and talked about financing first. They came back with the lowest monthly payment they could (which I **DO NOT** care about, which they could have asked), and a purchase price of $58,000. WHICH IS MORE THAN A NEW CAR. And at this point, IT DOESN'T EVEN RUN, A MECHANIC IS WORKING ON IT. This was all a game at this point, but as I was GTFO * All of the sudden the car I came for was available, it was being shipped right now, I could have it within 10 days if I just signed the paperwork now. But they would charge a lot more than MSRP. (Meanwhile, TrueCar is saying they generally sell 2-3k less than MSRP.) * I got the VIN of the red car. I looked it up after I left. On the internet, the exact VIN is offered between $43,881 and $47,881 depending on website. CARFAX says it's had chronic electrical problems. And they haven't sold it in OVER A YEAR. $43k and $58k are both BIG numbers, but the latter is 35% more!!!!! They were going to over-charge me 35%. More
I reached out to them via their website to inquire about their best price for a 2021 Pacifica Hybrid. My inquiry was detailed and specifically included the exact vehicle with stock # in which I was interest their best price for a 2021 Pacifica Hybrid. My inquiry was detailed and specifically included the exact vehicle with stock # in which I was interested. I specifically asked for their best price highlighting any dealer discount and asked not to have the national incentives passed off as their own discount. This lead to a prompt response from Sami. I replied quickly and there was subsequent back and forth mostly answering questions for which I had pre-emptively answered (e.g. which specific vehicle was I interested in) in my initial inquiry, which was clearly not read. I finally was quoted a price "MSRP is $47,340 and there is discount of $5750..." They had done exactly what I had specifically asked them not to do, which was pass off the national incentives as their own discount. After another email from me, pressing for the dealer discount, I was told that the $5,750 was the rebate and there was no dealer discount. They have every right to not offer a discount. I am not upset about that. I am annoyed that they wasted my time. If they just said no dealer discount up front, like I had asked, it could have saved us a bunch of back and forth. I hate the run around required for car shopping. More
