Outstanding Service (Nov 2016) We purchased a RV (5th Wheel) from Dodd RV in August. We had traveled the month of Oct and was only back in town for a few days before heading south We purchased a RV (5th Wheel) from Dodd RV in August. We had traveled the month of Oct and was only back in town for a few days before heading south to Disney World. On the day we were leaving we noticed that there was a slight noise coming from one of our wheels. I called Dodd RV and asked we could swing by to get it check out. We really needed to get it checked out that day because we had reservations at Disney and did not want to miss a day. Joey Lawrence worked some magic and was able to fit us in. Once we arrived the service department confirmed that one of our brakes was hanging. This was the second brake problem we had and was now concerned that our other 2 brakes should be checked out too. Joey saw our concern and agreed to check those brakes too even though it was 15 mins until closing. We are so very happy they checked those brakes too as the rear seals had blown and there was grease all over the brakes. We had effectively been traveling on 3 bad brakes and who knows for how long. Joey and the service technicians stayed way past closing to ensure our camper was good to go with zero complaints. This was customer service and loyalty at its best. We had a great experience purchasing our RV from Dodd, but it is there outstanding customer service that is going to keep me coming back. From day one they put our concerns first and demonstrated their commitment to us and it continued even after we drove the RV off their lot. Thanks Dodd RV. More
Exceptional service We live in our RV while we are in between houses. Our pilot light on our furnace would not ignites during one of the coldest nights this winter. Even though they were booked with other scheduled work, the Service Manager, Joey Lawrence, went out in the cold and looked at my RV. He made room for my RV to be repaired due to the extreme weather conditions. The service technicians were able to identify the problem and were able to repair the issue with parts in stock. Their commitment to the customer was exemplified today and I truely appreciated the attention that they gave me. More
Excellent customer service I needed to get my toilet fixed and other dealers told me they didn't have service openings until 3 months out. Dodd fit me in 2 weeks after I called I needed to get my toilet fixed and other dealers told me they didn't have service openings until 3 months out. Dodd fit me in 2 weeks after I called and they fixed the problem with my toilet in just a couple of hours. They were so so nice and helpful! And they explained things thoroughly and didn't make me feel dumb when I was clueless about winterizing my trailer. I will be going back there for sales and service from now on! More

Outstanding Parts and Service Department I've been an Air Force professional for over 24 years and frankly, I have never experienced a service and parts department like the one at Dodd RV. W I've been an Air Force professional for over 24 years and frankly, I have never experienced a service and parts department like the one at Dodd RV. Wow! I always feel like a priority when I'm in there. Melissa Grace has the jokes to go along with her convincing pursuit of a flawless service experience for her customers. Then, there's Joey Lawrence. He simply gets it! He knows what to do and how to do it to ensure the customer gets what they came for. Finally, there's Mike Queen. Mike knows RVs. I've actually came to him with a few off the wall questions to trip him up. ...it's just not gonna happen. He knows RVs! These guys deserve a pat on the back. Better yet, they deserve a party! Service depart under leadership of Joey Lawrence excellent! I recently had work done on my 40' Class A diesel pusher at Dodd RV. I called and talked with Joey about what needed to be done and he set an appointm I recently had work done on my 40' Class A diesel pusher at Dodd RV. I called and talked with Joey about what needed to be done and he set an appointment for me. The work was done on time and on estimate. And, it was done RIGHT the first time! I was impressed by the attitudes of the service department personnel as well ~ Melissa, Ricky, and Joey to name a few. It is easy to see there is great change in the service department for the positive! I have been a customer since 2009 and "weathered" through a couple of previous service department heads before Joey arrived. I am delighted with what I saw and with the experience I had there. If there were to be any recommendations I could make I would ask that the length of time it takes to get in for service be reduced, and have a block of time available weekly set aside just for "emergency repairs" for the traveling RVer or those who are getting ready to go RVing. More

We will be lifelong customers due to Mr. Lawrence, please do not lose him. He is top notch and always able to answer any question we have. More

When we returned to the dealership, Ken Welsh, Melissa Grace, Ken Godfrey and Tom Cobb worked on our camper diligently until the problem was resolved. There wasn't one employee from the service department (or other departments as a matter of fact) that didn't stop when passing us to ask if there was anything we needed. They even took time to spoil our 135 pound St. Bernard, who was along for her first camping trip. Without a doubt, this dealership is the real deal. Some would think that service so early wasn't good, but we found that it gave us an opportunity to meet the employees that will be servicing our camper and to witness their hard work and commitment to their customers. From purchase with Tina Dew to service with Joey Lawrence we are satisfied customers! More
