Fantastic customer service Crystal Dynan in service was suported and very friendly, she new her stuff and hard a fantastic team backing her up. Ricky who did all the working on Crystal Dynan in service was suported and very friendly, she new her stuff and hard a fantastic team backing her up. Ricky who did all the working on replacing my air conditioner was also very friendly and explained the new thermostates very well. He was very educated on all the work he had to do, even the awing. Having been a full timerfor two years it was very nice to spend most of the day with them. They just babied my two dogs and they say thank you also. I would also say they went out of their way to help. I can not say thank you enough.??😁🐾 More

Warranty and repair work Dodd was not my purchasing dealership, but they handled all my warranty items seemlessly. I also had damaged the front shell of my travel trailer due Dodd was not my purchasing dealership, but they handled all my warranty items seemlessly. I also had damaged the front shell of my travel trailer due to a parking accident and they repaired the fiberglass in just a few days and it looks just like new! They stayed in touch the entire time. Crystal in the parts department was a joy to work with. I was so impressed I sent my son down to them and he purchaseda new travel trailer as well! More

Crystal has gone above and beyond to insure our RV issues are being taken care. She is very professional in what she does and we appreciate the fact that she even calls to insure we arrive safely back home - we have a 3 1/2 hour trip to the dealership. Some repairs have already been made and parts are on order and warranty is being researched on others. Crystal is the one that is seeing that all this takes place, for that, we are grateful. More

Concerned I bought this camper with the Life Time Warranty and brought it in for the Life Time Inspection and state inspection. Couple of things. I dont know ex I bought this camper with the Life Time Warranty and brought it in for the Life Time Inspection and state inspection. Couple of things. I dont know exactly what was checked, but if the water system of any type hot or cold was checked, it was done with the bottom drain plugs and the hot water tank drain plug taken out by me and still in the same place I put them and in the same condition. The oven could not have been checked because of a towel placed on top of the burners and not moved. With the muddy condition of the outside, the inside looked as if no one had been inside or on the roof to inspect. With reguards to the outside, this camper was brought in spotless, as though it were brought when dropped off. When picked up, it looked as if were drug down a muddy road. Complete unexceptable for a camper that is only a year old in my view. I have many trucks, motorcycles, boats, and trailers that never look like that and I live down a quarter mile long rock driveway. I noticed while waiting for my camper, someone was washing the new unsold campers out front of the dealership. I would think that even the campers there for service would get the same respect. How you treat your present customers should a priority to incourage them to return. I did not get that feeling with the condition and doubt that of the inspection done to my camper. I have a recept that it was done, so if any problems occur, I have proof of the work More
